IPv6 and DKIM
For the past couple of years, I’ve been lowering adoption of DKIM at $WORK as I didn’t really see much use in it at $WORK. It seemed like a bunch of work to get it running, and plenty of time for all of the different teams to do their part to bring DKIM into production.
But as I was thinking of all of the IPv6 commotion, I realized that once most networks switch to IPv6 for the MX records, the current IPv4 based RBLs will be sunk.
Perhaps it’s time to start verifying DKIM emails to (help) create a DKIM reputation system.
